- 07:00 AM 04:00 PM
- 06:00 PM 03:00 AM
- 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Compensation

- 2–4 Years Experience: Up to 10 LPA CTC
- 4+ Years Experience: Up to 12 LPA CTC

Job Summary

PwC is hiring experienced Fraud Analysts to support banking and financial crime operations. The role involves investigating suspicious financial activities, reviewing fraud alerts, analyzing transaction patterns, and preventing financial losses through detailed fraud investigations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fraud detection, transaction monitoring, case investigations, and banking fraud operations within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Payments domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Investigate fraud alerts generated through monitoring systems.
- Perform end-to-end fraud investigations on suspicious transactions.
- Conduct 360-degree customer profile reviews including account activity, transaction history, device information, geo-location, and historical alerts.
- Review and analyze suspicious transactions to determine fraudulent activity.
- Perform alert review and case management activities.
- Investigate Account Takeover (ATO), Identity Theft, Payment Fraud, ACH Fraud, Wire Fraud, Check Kiting, and other banking fraud scenarios.
- Assess fraud risks and recommend appropriate actions.
- Document investigation findings with clear evidence and rationale.
- Work closely with risk, compliance, operations, and business teams.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, fraud policies, and compliance standards.
- Support fraud prevention initiatives to minimize financial losses.
