- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility:
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 6 Months Experience in Customer Service (CSA)
- Positive Communication Skills
- Languages: English + Marathi / Gujarati / Hindi
Salary: Up to 20K In hand
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 6 Days Working
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
