Job Description :

- Lead design and development of complex AI-powered, full-stack applications and scalable systems.
- Build and architect Generative AI solutions including LLM applications, RAG systems, vector databases, and AI evaluation pipelines.
- Robust hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, and backend API development.
- Design cloud-native solutions using AWS/Azure/GCP, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation.
- Work across databases including PostgreSQL, document databases, and Redis.
- Drive architecture decisions, code quality, system reliability, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to solve complex problems and deliver rapid prototypes.
- Experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and AI-augmented development workflows.
