About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Workflow Automation Developer to join our Digital & Innovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and optimizing AI-powered solutions for customers while driving automation initiatives that enhance business processes and customer experiences.

As a key member of the Customer Success organization, you will work closely with customers, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, design automation solutions, and ensure successful deployment of Conversational AI and workflow automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer implementations and integrations.
- Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
- Lead end-to-end integration projects, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Configure and manage integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, OAuth, SAML, and other integration technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical, integration, and automation-related issues.
- Conduct system health checks and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Educate customers on product capabilities, best practices, and new feature releases.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, AI trends,



and automation best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software implementation, technical consulting, integration, automation, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, web services, and authentication technologies.
- Experience with:
- REST APIs
- OAuth / SAML (SSO)
- Software Integrations
- Workflow Automation Tools

- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language:

- Python
- JavaScript
- Java

- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and automation technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Enterprise SaaS products and platforms.
- Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
- Experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, IT Operations, HR Technology, or Customer Support domains.
- Knowledge of Conversational AI platforms and automation frameworks.
