Job Description: Spare Parts In-Charge

Location: Chennai (Candidates residing in Chennai only)

We are looking for a Spare Parts In-Charge with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team.

Preferred Candidate

- Female candidate preferred
- Must be currently residing in Chennai
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in spare parts management

Key Responsibilities

- Manage spare parts inventory and stock efficiently.
- Handle warranty claims and ensure timely processing.
- Provide support to resellers and the dealer network.
- Coordinate spare parts orders, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Ensure prompt after-sales support and effective coordination with internal teams and dealers.

Requirements





- 3 to 4 years of experience in spare parts management.
- Hands-on experience in warranty claim processing.
- Experience working with reseller support and dealer networks.
- Positive communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems is an added advantage.

Salary

25K to 30K per month (based on experience and qualifications)
