Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise on SAP SD modules such as Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Delivery Processing, Credit Management, ATP, Customer Master Data Management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.

- Troubleshoot issues related to sales orders, pricing calculations, shipping processes, delivery scheduling, credit management functions within the SAP system.

- Develop and maintain documentation of project deliverables including configuration specifications, test scriptss etc.

- Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to stay updated on current features and best practices in SAP SD module.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP SD projects.

- Bachelor's degree (B.C.A. or B.Com) from a recognized university.

- Strong understanding of business process analysis principles and ability to apply them effectively during implementation phases.

- Proficiency in working with various tools like ABAP programming language.
