Key Responsibilities

Data Science & Machine Learning

- Identify business problems that can be solved using predictive analytics and machine learning.
- Prepare, cleanse, and transform large datasets for model development.
- Design, build, validate, and optimize predictive and statistical models.
- Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.

Model Deployment & MLOps

- Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
- Monitor model accuracy, performance, drift, and retraining requirements.
- Improve model scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure production readiness through testing, validation, and monitoring.

Business Impact

- Quantify the business value of data science initiatives, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption of model-driven insights.




- Support data-driven decision-making across business functions.

AI & Innovation

- Explore and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for business automation and intelligent decision support.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) using AWS AI services and OpenAI APIs where applicable.
- Stay updated with emerging AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies.

Required Skills

- Robust programming skills in Python
