Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities in the Injection Molding department.
- Allocate work and manage shop floor manpower.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Monitor injection molding machines and coordinate mold changeovers.
- Minimize rejection, scrap, and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production.
- Maintain production reports and shift documentation.
- Implement 5S, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices.
- Ensure optimum machine utilization and productivity.

Required Skills

- Experience in Plastic Injection Molding manufacturing.
- Knowledge of injection molding process and machine operations.
- Team handling and manpower management.




- Production planning and shop floor supervision.
- Quality control and rejection analysis.
- Problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. Mechanical / Production / Polymer Engineering.
- Experience: 25 years in Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing.
