Role & responsibilities :

The Inside Sales Associate will play a critical role in driving student enrollment at Infinity Learn. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective parents, conducting virtual product demonstrations, and effectively communicating the unique value proposition of Infinity Learn's comprehensive education offerings. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education, possesses strong communication skills, and is driven by targets and incentives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Call potential parents/guardians using provided leads and CRM systems to generate interest in Infinity Learn programs
- Schedule and conduct interactive virtual product demonstrations showcasing Infinity Learn's curriculum, teaching methodology, and student outcomes
- Effectively articulate how Infinity Learn improves student academic performance, critical thinking, and overall educational outcomes
- Address parent concerns and queries about course structure, fees, board affiliations, and teaching quality
- Negotiate terms and close enrollment by converting interested prospects into paying students
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system




- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and sales goals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with enrolled parents for referral generation

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous skill development programs

- Stay updated on Infinity Learn's course offerings, pricing, and competitive landscape Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence

• Robust organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite

- Fast internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace (WFO)
- Ability to work flexible hours from 11 AM to 9:30 PM

Preferred candidate profile :

- Experience in EdTech or education sector
- Knowledge of K-12 or competitive exam preparation landscapes
- Background in academic counseling or student mentoring
- Multilingual proficiency (beneficial for reaching diverse parent base)
- Experience with video conferencing tools and virtual presentations
