Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for Finished Goods Stores/Service Stores.
- Maintain receipt of material till delivery to customer.
- Coordination with internal team and transporter for smooth delivery.
- Improving systems and process of Stores.
- Executing inbound and outbound procedures.
- Ability to prepare MIS report
- Providing Transport vendor settlement and Following up with Customer acknowledgement.
- Monitoring Scrapping processes and stock transfer notes.
- Should be similar with ISO.
- Troubleshooting of ERP related issues in entire branches in India
- Monitor the storage in racks as per matrix
- Making proper packing and PKL
- Serial number capture for all dispatches.
- Must have knowledge on end to end Freight management.
- Shipment labels to be verified with shipment boxes and docket to be verified with Sales Invoice for all shipments.
- Monitoring FTL & LTL shipments
- Perpetual stock verification to be done on monthly Basis

Preferred candidate profile

- 1 - 3 years of experiences in handling warehouse.
- Ability to Dispatch the materials on FIFO Basis
- Solid Communication / Presentation Skills
- Analytical Skills/Presentation Skill
- Coordination with multiple Teams.
