Role & responsibilities

- Lead the organization's IT, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity frameworks, policies, standards, and governance models.
- Manage IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, enterprise applications, and end-user services.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging emerging technologies, automation, AI, and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with global cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Establish and monitor Security Operations, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, and Risk Management programs.
- Lead cyber risk assessments, audits, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
- Oversee Identity & Access Management (IAM), endpoint security, cloud security, data protection, and network security.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to deliver secure and scalable IT solutions.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, technology procurement, and service delivery.
- Build and mentor high-performing IT and cybersecurity teams while driving operational excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business performance and security posture.

Preferred candidate profile





- 1520+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, or Technology Leadership.
- Proven experience leading enterprise IT and cybersecurity functions in large organizations or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Strong expertise in Cybersecurity Governance, Information Security, Risk Management, Compliance, and Security Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP), Network Security, IAM, Endpoint Security, SIEM, SOC, and Vulnerability Management.
- Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Robust understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Exposure to AI, automation, DevSecOps, cloud technologies, and enterprise digital platforms.
- Experience in vendor management, IT governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ITIL, CCSP, Azure/AWS Security will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and team management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Master's degree is preferred.
