Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Accounting and review of Stock / Receivables/Payable
2. Inventory accounting and review of Inventory aging. Conducting physical stock verification
3. Receivables - Aging review, De-locking, Dealer reconciliation
4. Payables - Creditors aging review, advance and deposits review, vendor reconciliation
5. Approvals of payments being a joint signatory to the bank accounts.
6. Ensuring controls with respect to Dispatch/Payments/Receipts
7. Updating and Review of all Accounting Schedules
8. Ensuring GST/Other Tax/Statutory compliances
9. Insurance, coverage adequacy, and coordinate with Insurance company
10.



Preparation and presenting Monthly MIS to Head Office and Board- Experience of
working in Hyperion is preferred.
11 Preparation and circulation of Variance analysis to the Operating team
12. Review of expenses and circulation of exceptional reports
13. Ensuring proper accounting of transactions and complying to the Accounting Standards.
14. Coordination with auditors for timely completion of audit.
15. Reasonable understanding of Transfer pricing /Transfer pricing audit report
16.Reasonable understanding of requirement of FEMA for payment of goods/serviCES
