Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accounts Executive who can independently manage the complete accounts and finance function of the company. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS, and should be able to handle end-to-end accounting, compliance, and coordination with auditors.

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance

Independently handle complete accounting operations in Tally Prime.

Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Support finalization of accounts and financial reporting.

GST Compliance (Mandatory)

Maintain GST records and documentation (RCM-based transactions).

Provide monthly accounting backups and data to auditors/CA for GST return filing.

Coordinate with auditors for filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other GST returns.

Ensure proper GST reconciliation and compliance.

TDS Compliance (Mandatory)

Complete knowledge of TDS deduction and accounting entries.

Ensure correct monthly TDS deduction and timely payment.

Provide monthly TDS backup and working details to auditors for return filing.

Coordinate with auditors for filing TDS returns.

Collect TDS certificates from auditors after filing and send them to respective vendors on time.





Maintain proper TDS records and compliance tracking.

Customer & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with customers, vendors, and transport service providers.

Handle billing, payment follow-ups, and dispute resolution.

Maintain professional communication via phone and email.

Internet Banking & Payments

Handle online banking transactions independently.

Process vendor payments after verification and approval.

Maintain payment records and reconciliation.

MIS & Excel Reporting

Prepare MIS reports for management.

Solid working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Shortcuts).

Vehicle SIM-Based Tracking

Monitor SIM-based vehicle tracking system.

Coordinate with service providers for tracking system support.

Monitor vehicle movement, delays, and exceptions.

Maintain tracking reports and coordination records.

Skills Required

7–10 years of accounting experience (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS (compulsory).

Experience in handling complete accounts independently.

Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors, and auditors.

Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Ability to manage multi-tasking and work independently.
