- Patient Navigation & Experience: Welcome patients, guide them through the facility, and assist with admission, discharge, and OPD processes.
- Scheduling & Workflow: Manage doctor calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate surgeries or lab tests.
- Billing & Insurance: Verify patient insurance coverage, explain payment processes, and assist with billing queries. [
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for patient queries, educate patients on care plans, and escalate feedback to management.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records while ensuring strict medical confidentiality.
