Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Senior Associate/Lead)
Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
Geography: United States
Shift: Night Shift
Key requirements:
- 2 - 10years of experience in US Talent Acquisition
- Experience hiring frontline roles such as Sales Representatives, Customer Service Representatives, Pest Technicians, etc.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening
- Exposure to Background Verification (BGV) coordination
- Hands-on experience with Workday ATS
- Valuable understanding of US recruitment processes and compliance
- Immediate Joiners Required.
- Any Experience is fine, minimum 6months to 1year of Experience with C1 communication and a US accent is required.
