Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales and Pre-Sales teams.
- Maintain and update sales databases with accurate information.
- Generate performance reports and dashboards for management.
- Track sales leads, conversions, and team productivity.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM, and other departments for report collection.
- Prepare management reports and presentations as required.
- Identify data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues.
- Maintain records and documentation of all reports.
- Support management with ad hoc reports and business analysis.
