Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a potential candidate responsible in developing and implementing marketing plans that strengthen relationships with existing OEM, Tier-1, and aftermarket customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, repeat business. Strategic planning, market analysis, and continuous improvement of customer engagement practices are critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- To make an annual business plan in line with the company's growth plan and monitor to achieve
- Conduct periodic review with plant Head to achieve the targeted monthly / annual plan
- Monitor / Ensure 100% Adherence on delivery & quality performance with the current customers.
- Any new development with the customer, RFQ' s to be ensured. To discuss with NPD department and send the quotation to the customer on time.
- Put a system (GRN tracker) in place to monitor POD/ GRN
- Report on collection and overdue outstanding for monitoring and ensuring on time collection.




- To collect and track our competitor's actions with our current customers to ensure our SOB
- To deal with a commercial issue, if any, raised by the customers on priority
- Facilitate the plant with the customer monthly plan and minimum 3 months forecast for proper planning.
- Facilitate our customer engineering department with our participation in their new product development and ensure getting all their new businesses.
- Periodic visit to the customers to ensure healthy business relationship with all the existing customers.

- Strong decision-making and delegation skills to guide strategies and execution.
- Robust data interpretation skills to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and threats of market research & competitor analysis.
- Ability to integrate marketing automation & analytics into strategies.
