- 1-2 years of experience in AR calling for US Healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of Denial Management.
- Familiarity with denial management, appeals, and CPT codes.
- Experience handling denials, rejections, and additional information requests.
- Ability to follow-up with insurance companies for claim status and appeals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication skills for interacting with insurance companies and patients.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to healthcare management software such as ECW, All Scripts, Imagine, or Medfm.
- Graduate or masters degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in US healthcare RCM process.
