We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to lead and oversee regulatory compliance, corporate governance, risk management, and internal policy implementation across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to applicable laws, industry regulations, and ethical standards while partnering with leadership teams to strengthen the companys compliance framework.

- Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide compliance programs and policies.
- Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory requirements, corporate laws, and industry standards.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Lead internal audits, investigations, and compliance reviews.
- Liaise with regulators, legal advisors, and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by acquiring current clients and expanding existing ones in labour law compliance, payroll, and statutory advisory services, while leveraging strong compliance knowledge and sales skills

Business Development:

Generate new business, build client pipeline,



meet sales targets, and engage decision-makers across key industries.

Service Sales & Delivery Alignment:

Promote and sell compliance and payroll services, prepare proposals and agreements, negotiate terms, and close business deals.

Client Relationship Management:

Manage key client accounts, ensure satisfaction and retention, build long-term relationships, and drive upselling.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

Track market trends and competitors, identify regulatory opportunities, and service innovation and pricing strategy.

Internal Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, ensure seamless handover, and resolve client issues promptly.

Networking & Brand Building:

Represent the company at events, build referral networks, and enhance brand visibility.

Reporting & MIS:

Prepare reports and forecasts, track performance against targets, and maintain accurate records of activities.
