- Experience in handling Factory Compliance, including registrations, renewals, statutory records, regulatory liaison, and adherence to Factory Act requirements.
- Coordination with frontend team in collecting the acknowledgments (Quarter Return / Half Yearly Return / Annual Return) and forward to clients/backend support.
- Coordination with management in the drafting of Inspection closure letter/notice reply letter.
- Whenever the recent branches are added, ensure to complete the initial compliances formalities like, obtaining factory license/display of abstracts notices / Form A
- notice of opening submission under PGA.
- In coordination with backend and frontend team for a smooth transition.
- The consolidated List of activities done for the client, should be delivered with the management as
- Compliance Dashboard
- every month and ensure to forward it to the client every month.
- Statutory Alert for factory license status, current minimum wages update, returns submissions, Remittances should be sent to the client, at regular intervals, as per the requirement.
