About the Role

We are looking for a handson FullStack Engineer who can build and deliver features endtoend. This role requires strong ownership across backend, frontend, data, and AI integration. You will work on real, productiongrade solutions and collaborate closely with product and business teams to ship impactful features.

This is a Multistack role you wont be limited to a single layer of the system.

Responsibilities

FullStack Development

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
2. Build modern, responsive frontend applications
3.



Own features from requirement definition through deployment and support

Backend & API Engineering

1. Develop REST or GraphQL APIs using .NET/C#, Java or Node.js (any of these languages)
2. Ensure performance, security, and reliability of services
3. Collaborate on system design and architecture decisions

Database & Data Layer

1. Design and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL)
2. Handle schema design, migrations, and performance optimization

Frontend Development

1. Build interfaces using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
2. Connect frontend components to backend

Collaboration & Ownership

1. Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
2. Turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions
3. Take ownership of outcomes, not just implementation

Required Qualifications

1. 3+ years of qualified software engineering experience
2. Proven experience delivering fullstack or multistack applications
3. Hands on experience in one of the following
4. C# / .NET
5. Java
6. JavaScript / TypeScript
7. Familiarity with Object-oriented Programming (OOP/OOPS) concepts
8. Strong understanding of:
9. API design and backend systems
10. Database design and data modelling
11. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
12. Containers and deployment (Docker)
13. Ensure usability, performance, and maintainability
14. Experience working in fastpaced, ownershipdriven environments
15. Solid computer science fundamentals
