Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer banking transactions and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage cash operations, deposits, payments, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with changes in banking regulations and operational processes.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform financial analysis, identify discrepancies, and resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate closely with the Trade Finance and Loan teams and support cross-functional operations whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Banking Operations / Deposit Operations.

Positive Knowledge on AML, KYC

Experience in handling CA/SA Customers

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
Knowledge of banking regulations and operational processes will be an added advantage.

Korean language will be added advantage
