- Site Management & Supervision: Overseeing daily construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the labor force executes work according to contract drawings.
- Technical Oversight & Surveying: Interpreting structural/architectural drawings and ensuring accurate surveying, layout, and setting out using advanced instruments like Total Stations and GPS.
- Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Conducting routine inspections to verify that materials meet industry standards and workmanship complies with structural specifications and building codes.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforcing strict safety protocols, maintaining a hazard-free work environment, and addressing potential safety risks for construction crews.
- Resource & Material Management:
Organizing the supply and efficient usage of construction materials and heavy equipment to avoid waste and manage costs.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving unexpected technical difficulties, design discrepancies, or logistical issues that arise on-site.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining Daily Progress Reports (DPR), tracking material usage, updating structural schedules, and sharing these documents with Project Managers and clients.
