Salary and Benefits:

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Any customer service experience)

Salary 19,845 take home per month( plus 2,185 Rs performance bonus ) - Not negotiable

- Experience 1yrs& above( Any customer service experience)





Salary 22k take home per month( plus 2,400 performance bonus ) - Not negotiable

- Education: +2 / Higher secondary & above
- Valuable written skill in English required
- Should be an immediate joiner
- Should be able to work in night shifts (no day shifts)
- 5 days working a week and 2 days week-off(Rotational week off)

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for customers, primarily handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues via live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve customer problems related to [mention specific product/service types, e.g., billing, account access, order status, technical hiccups].
- Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and internal policies to provide precise information and effective solutions.
