Role & responsibilities

Visit customers and debtors in person to collect overdue loan payments, installments, and dues

Negotiate realistic repayment plans and settle delinquent accounts

Conduct field visits to residential and business premises for recovery operations

Maintain accurate records of recovery activities, cash handling, and customer interactions

Submit daily and weekly recovery reports to senior management

Identify and flag high-risk accounts requiring legal action or further intervention

Retrieve assets or equipment when applicable as per recovery terms

Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company recovery policies

Handle customer queries professionally with empathy and tact

Coordinate with legal team for warrants, court cases, or enforcement actions when needed

Required Qualifications and Skills:





Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field (preferred)

25 years of experience in loan recovery, debt collections, or field recovery

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Own vehicle or motorbike for field visits (required)

Solid knowledge of loan recovery, debt collections, and NPA management

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism

Strong persistence and ability to meet recovery targets

Ability to work independently in the field and work under pressure
