Below attached Sr. Engineer /A.M.- Tooling

1. Tooling Design & Development:

Design and develop,

Ensure tooling designs align with product specifications and engineering standards.

2. Tooling Maintenance:

Oversee maintenance and repair of tooling systems to minimize downtime.

Perform root-cause analysis on tooling failures and implement corrective actions.

3. Production Support:

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve production efficiency.

Provide technical expertise to resolve production-related tooling issues.

4. Process Optimization:

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tooling performance.

Analyze production data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.

5. Vendor Coordination:

Work with external vendors for tooling procurement and outsourcing small projects.





Evaluate tooling suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

6.Qualifications:

Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool and Die Engineering, or a related field.

7.Experience:

7-10 years of experience in tooling engineering within the automotive industry or related fields.

8.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks).

Knowledge of manufacturing processes-heat exchanger

Robust understanding of material properties and tooling design principles.

9.Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Notice period 30 days maximum

CTC Budget Maximum CTC is 8.5 lakhs
