Job Summary:

Finecons Limited is looking for an experienced Cloud Sales Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring recent customers and expanding existing accounts for Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise IT sales, consultative selling, and CRM management using Zoho CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for Cloud and IT Services.
- Sell Cloud Solutions including Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft 365, Backup & Disaster Recovery, and Managed Cloud Services.
- Develop business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and partner channels.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial offers.




- Negotiate contracts and close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Delivery teams for successful project execution.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Zoho CRM Responsibilities

- Manage leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities using Zoho CRM.
- Track the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Schedule follow-ups, customer meetings, and reminders in Zoho CRM.
- Generate sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline forecasts.
- Update customer interactions, meeting notes, quotations, and proposals.
- Monitor sales activities and conversion metrics through Zoho CRM analytics.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns (preferred).
- Integrate and manage customer communications through Zoho Mail and other Zoho applications.
