Tele Sales Executive (Commission Only)

Role & Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls.
- Explain the benefits of verification reports.
- Answer customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Convert leads into successful report purchases.
- Maintain call records and update lead status.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team for successful customer onboarding.
Eligibility
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional Indian languages are a plus).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making 80 to 150 outbound calls per day.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Previous telecalling, telesales,
customer support, BPO, insurance, banking, education, recruitment, or SaaS sales experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- No Fixed Salary
- 100% Performance-Based Commission
