Key Responsibilities:

- - Actively manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within defined SLAs.
- - Provide functional support to end-users on SAP FICO-related queries and issues.
- - Perform in-depth analysis to identify recurring issues and implement preventative solutions.
- - Perform minor changes or enhancements to SAP FICO module configuration (e.g. GL, AP, AR, AA, CO).
- - Provide support during closing cycles including reconciliation, validation, and reporting activities.
- - Perform data validations and reconciliations between SAP and legacy or external systems.
- - Coordinate with the technical team to move configuration changes across system landscapes using SAP Transport Management System (TMS).
- - Assist in maintenance of master data for Finance (e.g., vendors, customers, cost centers).
- - Work closely with SAP MM, SD, PP, and HR teams to ensure proper integration of processes.
- - Monitor critical financial business processes and ensure transactions flow correctly.
- - Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare functional documents, user manuals, SOPs, and FAQs.
- - Participate in Unit Testing (UT), Integration Testing (IT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for deployments and upgrades.
- - Recommend and implement system improvements to enhance business efficiency and user productivity.
- - Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data, process information, and system access.
- - Follow Incident, Problem,



and Change Management processes as per ITIL best practices.

Requirements:

- - Minimum 4+ years of SAP S/4HANA Support experience
- - Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP S/4HANA Support
- - Strong understanding of Finance and Management Accounting Processes
- - Conversant with SAP FIORI apps, Workflows
- - Should have a good experience in Configuration of S/4 FICO module and solid Integration knowledge with other SAP Areas like PP, MM, SD
- - Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Act as a liaison between the client business functions and the technical team. Mentor and guide junior team members. Strong client handling and communication.
- - Minimum 2 S/4HANA Support/AMS project experience
- - Ability to provide solutions to Business Users based on the issue.
- - Knowledge on interfaces, cross module knowledge.
- - Completed university degree
- - Excellent Business Communication Skill
- - Lead business requirement, functional and non-functional requirement gathering for SAP FICO functional area
- - Good co-operation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultants
