Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising site activities, ensuring quality work, coordinating with project teams, and supporting the successful execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labour.
- Maintain daily site records and reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or up to 2 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
