Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-friendly Phlebotomist to join our diagnostics team on a Full-time basis.

The role involves:

- Performing safe and accurate blood collection procedures while ensuring patient comfort and hygiene standards. Ideal for healthcare professionals looking for a structured, part-time chance.
- Converting inquiries to sign-up for Medplus Advantage subscription
- Upsell /Cros-sell Health Packages

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for routine and special tests
- Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and documentation of samples
- Maintain sterility and hygiene protocols during all procedures
- Greet and reassure patients, explain procedures, and handle queries professionally
- Prepare collection kits, maintain sample logs, and coordinate with the lab team
- Adhere to bio-waste management and infection control standards
- Provide support during health camps and home collections (if required)
- Update records digitally where applicable
- Promote MedPlus Advantage Subscription
- Up-sell / Cross-Sell Health Packages
