Role & responsibilities
- Define and govern the target-state enterprise architecture across business, applications, data, integration, and technology.
- Build and institutionalize the Group Enterprise Architecture function from a practical operating perspective.
- Establish architecture governance forums, review gates, standards, patterns, principles, and exception processes.
- Ensure Oracle Fusion and surrounding platforms are governed as part of one enterprise architecture, not as isolated workstreams
- Drive application rationalization and modernization across fragmented legacy and point solutions.
- Define architecture guardrails for low-code and no-code platforms such as DronaHQ, ensuring speed without creating shadow IT.
- Strengthen the enterprise data architecture backbone, including master data, canonical models, interoperability, and reporting consistency.
- Work closely with the CISO to ensure architecture decisions align with enterprise security and resilience requirements.
- Support enterprise reinvention, integrated project management, manufacturing excellence, and business model transformation through architecture leadership.
- Improve enterprise decision quality by linking architecture to investment governance, transformation prioritization, and delivery assurance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven leadership in building or running an Enterprise Architecture function in a large, complex organization.
- 18+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, enterprise technology leadership, or large-scale transformation architecture roles.
- Strong experience in multi-entity, diversified, or group structures with federated or hybrid operating models.
- Demonstrated experience in Oracle-centered enterprise environments, including architecture alignment across Finance, Procurement, Projects, integrations, reporting, and master data
- Robust track record in rationalizing fragmented application estates and governing enterprise platforms at scale.
- Experience in data architecture, MDM, enterprise integration, and business-data alignment
- Strong experience in industrial, EPC, energy, manufacturing, or similarly project-driven business environments
- Experience governing architecture in environments with cybersecurity, cloud, low-code, data, and enterprise application complexity
- Evidence of influencing senior stakeholders, challenging constructively, and making architecture decisions stick in live enterprise settings
