We are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants with expertise in Functional, Technical, or Techno-Functional roles to support implementation, enhancement, and production support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, business processes, integrations, reporting, and cloud technologies to deliver scalable and efficient HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation, Payroll, Learning, and Performance Management.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, Fast Formulas, and dashboards.
- Perform data migration, testing, deployments, production support, troubleshooting,



and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM solutions.
- Support end-to-end implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and AMS activities while ensuring adherence to Oracle best practices.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM in Functional, Technical, or Techno-Functional roles.
- Strong knowledge of one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL (for Technical/Techno-Functional roles).
- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, enhancements, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
