Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, cold brews, teas and other cafe beverages.
- Calibrate the coffee grinder and monitor espresso extraction for consistent quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Recommend beverages and assist customers with menu selections.
- Operate the POS system and process customer orders accurately.
- Monitor inventory and report stock requirements.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth caf operations.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.

Requirements

- Experience as a Barista
- Good knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and coffee brewing techniques.




- Experience in grinder calibration and basic coffee machine maintenance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
- Tamil speaking preferred. Basic English communication is required.
