- Maintain accurate book of accounts in Tally system

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions and preparing vouchers

- Manage accounts payable and receivable

- Process of vendor payments, employee reimbursement and customer receipts

- Prepare GST returns and ensure GST compliance

- Deduct and remit TDS and comply with other statutory requirement

- Coordinate with auditors, bankers and statutory authorities

- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices and supporting documents

- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customer

- Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the management.
