Primary Requirement

- Role: Senior Business Analyst (Life Sciences + Generic BA)
- Experience: 610+ years
- Core Skills:
- Robust Business Analysis fundamentals (BRD, FRD, user stories, requirement gathering)
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Data analysis & documentation skills

Mandatory (Must Have)

- Proven Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience in:
- Requirement elicitation
- Functional documentation
- Stakeholder coordination

- Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication & client-facing experience

Domain Requirement

- Life Sciences (LS) background – Mandatory
- Exposure to Pharma / Biotech / Healthcare domain




- Understanding of any of the below areas:
- Clinical / Commercial / R&D; / Regulatory
- Market access / patient journey / pharma data

Nice to Have

- Experience with:
- Pharma commercial analytics / clinical data / real-world evidence
- Data platforms (SQL, basic analytics understanding)
- Visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
