- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum Framework
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
- At least 5 years of experience in Software Development Projects/Business Analyst/Software Testing
- Flexibility and persistence in managing tasks
- Ability to coach Agile practices and remove impediments
- Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives
- Experience in Agile Transformation
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
- Certification: CSM / PSM
