As a ReADI Analyst II, you will play a critical role in safeguarding product quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting manufacturing sites and creative centers globally. Your expertise in Gas Chromatography (GC), Mass Spectrometry (MS), allergen testing, and phthalate analysis will directly contribute to delivering high-quality products to customers while minimizing quality risks, rejection costs, and operational delays.

You will:

- Drive quality assurance across raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

- Support global manufacturing plants and QC laboratories with technical expertise.

- Investigate quality deviations and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.

- Ensure compliance with internal specifications and external regulatory requirements.

- Partner with Quality, RD, Vendor Quality, and Operations teams worldwide to enable continuous improvement.

What Makes You the Right Fit

- Bachelor s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.

- 3 4 years of relevant experience in Quality Control, Analytical Chemistry, or Laboratory Operations.

- Strong hands-on experience with Gas Chromatography (GC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS).

- Knowledge of Organic Chemistry, analytical testing methods,



and quality systems.

- Experience with SAP and data analysis tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a quick-paced global environment.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.

- Fluent English communication skills.

How Would You Stand Out

- Advanced expertise in GC-MS interpretation and troubleshooting.
