We are looking for a candidate who is responsible for visiting sites understanding plans, land use maps, and related documents like property document,patta and property tax receipts. Knowledge in valuation practices, data analysis is an added advantage.
What You'll Do:
-> Inspect site and finish the task assigned
-> Contact the customer and identify the property
-> Document and measure the dimension of the property
-> Submit accurate valuation report in application (Training provided)
What Were Looking For:
-> Knowledge in analysing Building plans and land use maps
(Training Provided)
-> Effective communication and client coordination
-> Comfort with digital tools and applications (training provided)
* Freshers can apply
* Junior Valuation Engineer / Analyst: 1-3 years
* Senior Valuation Engineer / Analyst: 4-10 years
* Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Bachelors in Architecture
