What Youll Do:

- Leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and deployment of Appian-based applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

- Conducting code reviews and providing guidance to team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

- Serving as a technical expert in Appian, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders on emerging trends and technologies.
- Developing and maintaining project timelines,

What Were Looking For:

- A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master s degree is a plus.
- 10-16 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Appian and enterprise application development.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire a diverse team of engineers.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and best practices in application development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with integration of Appian with other enterprise applications and databases is an advantage.
