Role Overview

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You will lead technical strategy, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to best practices across the full stack, including Go/Gin Framework, React/Next.js, and PostgreSQL. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and proven experience in Microservices Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement application architecture for complex, distributed systems using Go and Gin Framework.
- Design and implement Microservices Architecture, ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for the development team.
- Lead technical design reviews, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee API design and integration strategies for internal and external systems.
- Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS/Azure and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Ensure data integrity and performance optimization for PostgreSQL and other RDBMS solutions.




- Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing strategies.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks in Go, Gin, React, Next.js, and recommend adoption where beneficial.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies for technical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.
- Act as a technical liaison with clients, presenting architectural solutions and guiding technical discussions.

Technical Skills

- Expert-level proficiency in Go , Gin Framework / Node.js
- Strong experience with React and Next.js for front-end development.
- Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and other relational databases.
- • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- • Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- • Expertise in API design, RESTful services, and integration patterns.
- • Familiarity with security best practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end practices.
- • Experience with performance tuning, scalability strategies, and system optimization.
