To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have experience with:

- Must have completed 3 project end-to-end in corporate banking (from problem statement to post production support)
- Must have prior experience delivering complex business and technology change projects in a Corporate Bank workplace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to distil information into key messages and present succinctly and confidently to a senior audience.
- Multi-task across a diverse book of work in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven facilitation skills , Business Analysis skills, Process mapping skills




- Cross-functional collaboration in delivering projects working with stakeholders across geographies
- Self-starter with ability to identify and engage stakeholders, prioritize activities to deliver to tight deadlines .

Some other highly valued skills may include:

- Deep understanding of the trade and working capital products, processes and an understanding of the front-to-back processes involved.
- Experience utilizing varied project methodologies (e.g. Waterfall and Agile).
- Awareness of project management in JIRA, knowledge of Confluence
