We are Hiring HR Shared Services/HR operations 2-4(US)

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Geography: United States

Shift: Night Shift

Key requirements:

Experience: 1-6 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR operations, employee services, or case management environments.

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HR systems, case management platforms such as ServiceNow, and reporting tools including Excel.

Functional Knowledge: Understanding of employee lifecycle transactions, HR service delivery, case handling, and process controls.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support employees and internal stakeholders effectively.

Stakeholder Coordination: Works effectively with other HR teams to ensure dependent actions are completed smoothly.

Service Quality Orientation: Maintains a strong focus on quality, professionalism,



and SLA adherence in every case handled. Continuous Learning: Builds knowledge of HR policies, systems, and service practices to improve performance over time

* Positive understanding of US recruitment processes and compliance
