About the Role

We are hiring IT Freshers to support basic technical operations, troubleshooting, software support, and documentation activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, adapt quickly, and grow in an IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide basic IT support for systems, networks, and applications
- Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware/software
- Support user queries, ticket logging, and issue resolution
- Perform system checks, updates, and routine maintenance
- Maintain documentation, reports, and logs
- Coordinate with senior IT team members for daily tasks
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security guidelines, and data integrity

Candidate Requirements





- Freshers or up to 1 year experience in IT support / technical roles
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking fundamentals
- Understanding of hardware components, system setup, and troubleshooting
- Good communication and problemsolving skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with discipline and teamwork

Skills Preferred

- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP addressing
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (added advantage)
- Understanding of antivirus, security practices, and backups
