Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Backend Software Engineer with 24 years of experience in Python backend development and infrastructure automation. You will be responsible for building scalable backend services and AI-powered automation solutions for next-generation datacenter infrastructure. This role offers an prospect to work on cutting-edge Agentic AI, backend systems, and infrastructure orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable backend applications and REST APIs using Python.
- Build and enhance backend services for infrastructure automation and diagnostics.
- Develop automation workflows for provisioning, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate backend applications with infrastructure management tools, telemetry systems, and hardware APIs.
- Implement automation using Python, Ansible, and Shell scripting.
- Develop microservices and orchestration components for distributed infrastructure.
- Monitor system health, diagnostics, telemetry processing, and failure analysis.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with AI,



Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver reliable automation solutions.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Backend Development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience developing REST APIs, backend applications, or microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Shell Scripting, or infrastructure automation.
- Basic understanding of distributed systems, compute, networking, and storage concepts.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Agentic AI, AI agents, or LLM-based automation.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Understanding of datacenter infrastructure, GPU clusters, or HPC environments is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as VLANs, Routing, Switching, and Spine-Leaf Architecture.
