What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a explicit and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. What are we looking for? Manage end-to-end lease accounting including recognition, remeasurement, and lease lifecycle changesPrepare and post lease-related journal entries, including amortization, interest, accruals, and reclassificationsExecute month-end and year-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysisMaintain lease schedules (ROU assets and lease liabilities) ensuring accuracy and completenessSupport financial reporting and disclosures related to lease accounting, ensuring audit readiness and compliancePerform control activities in line with SOX and internal governance frameworks; identify and remediate control gapsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (real estate, procurement, finance) to ensure accurate lease dataDrive process improvements and automation initiatives within R2R lease accounting processes
