Role: IPDRG Medical Coder
Location: Hyderabad | Chennai | Noida
Experience: 1.5+ Years
Notice Period: Up to 2 Months
Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities

- Review inpatient medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes.
- Perform DRG assignment in accordance with coding guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10, CMS, and client-specific coding standards.
- Maintain high coding quality, accuracy, and productivity.
- Identify documentation deficiencies and support physician query processes when required.
- Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IPDRG/Inpatient Medical Coding.
- Hands-on experience with ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS,



and DRG assignment.
- Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- CPC, or CCS, or CIC certification.
- Experience with US Healthcare Medical Coding.
- Immediate to 60-day notice period candidates are encouraged to apply.
