Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-wide Martech transformation and platform consolidation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and Digital Experience Platforms (DXP). This role requires close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to define scalable, integrated, and future-ready marketing technology solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive enterprise architecture for CRM, Marketing Technology, and Customer Experience platforms.

Design enterprise CRM architecture using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including standard/custom data models and object relationships.

Architect and implement enterprise Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) solutions such as Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), or Oracle Eloqua.

Design Customer Data Platform (CDP) architectures, including data ingestion, identity resolution, customer unification, and real-time activation workflows using Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, or Twilio Segment.

Provide architecture and integration guidance for Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), Content Management Systems (CMS), and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Headless CMS, WordPress, or HubSpot CMS.

Define integration strategies between Martech platforms and enterprise cloud data platforms including Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or Databricks.

Lead enterprise platform rationalization and consolidation initiatives to simplify and modernize the technology landscape.

Collaborate with business, marketing, data,



security, and engineering teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Establish architecture standards, integration patterns, governance frameworks, and best practices.

Provide technical leadership throughout solution design, implementation, and modernization programs.

Required Experience

8+ years of overall IT/Consulting experience.

35 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect.

Proven experience leading enterprise Martech transformation initiatives.

Hands-on experience implementing enterprise CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.

Experience designing Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions.

Strong experience integrating Martech platforms with enterprise data ecosystems.

Experience working with enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience driving enterprise platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and architectural decision-making skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of leading architecture initiatives in a cross-functional workplace.
