About the Role:

Sutherland is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for Customer Support roles. As part of the team, you will handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email while delivering an excellent customer experience. Depending on your profile, skills, and interview performance, you may be considered for either a Customer Relation Executive or a Technical Customer Service role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email channels.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers with appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams whenever required.




- Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain quality standards, communication etiquette, and process compliance.

Eligibility:

- Any Engineering or Non-Engineering Graduate.
- Diploma holders and 12th Pass candidates are also eligible (as per role requirements).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Robust problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, if required.
