Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for white collar non-IT positions.
- Understand job requirements shared by clients/hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment databases and daily trackers.
- Build a solid pipeline of quality candidates for ongoing requirements.
- Ensure timely closures within assigned deadlines.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
